We are only able to provide a child discount when sharing a room with at least 2 adults.
There is no refund for unused package items. Hotel rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and until 10 am on the day of departure! In case of arrival at a different time, please let us know in advance!
If necessary, we will take care of the storage of luggage.
In the absence of prior notice, advance payment or credit card guarantee, hotel rooms will be canceled without prior notice by the hotel in accordance with the payment terms and cancellation policy.

PAYMENT TERMS:
50% of the total package price must be paid in advance within 5 calendar days of receiving the confirmation.
For last minute bookings (within 3 days), payment will be made on arrival.
For bookings of more than 2 months away, the deposit must be paid at least 1 month before arrival.
In the case of a bank transfer, please indicate your reference number, name and address in the notice box, which are required for issuing the imprest account.
